Our story
Two careers. One shared purpose.
StepX began when two people saw the same opportunity from different sides of business.
One had spent 20 years building and operating more than 15 businesses in the UAE. The other brought 25 years of professional banking experience. Together, they understood both the day-to-day reality of running a business and the financial discipline needed to make it stronger.
They created StepX to give small-business owners practical support, help them think with the clarity and structure of larger organisations, and stay alongside them as improvements are put into action.
